New York, United States - November 22, 2023 /PressCable/ —
This updated Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) application and refund calculating service from ERTC Guy can help any employer to claim their maximum allowable rebate before the application deadline, including startups, non-profit organizations, and businesses that have already received Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans.

Although the ERTC program was first launched in 2020, experts suggest that many employers may not be aware that they qualify for refunds, or how large those refunds may be. Using the ERTC Guy application service, business owners can claim up to $26,000 per employee, even if they were previously disqualified.
With no upper limit on funding, this application service has helped some employers claim up to $750,000 in IRS rebates. However, unlike other pandemic relief options, these rebates are not a loan or deferral, and never require repayment. The funds can be spent with no restrictions at the business owner’s discretion.
The ERTC Guy application service has been updated with all the latest guidelines, to help clients who may have been previously disqualified from claiming ERTC rebates. This allows almost any employer to qualify, as long as they had between 5 and 500 W-2 employees on the payroll during the recent pandemic, and had their business negatively affected by it in some way.
The full eligibility check explains several ways this can be shown, including suffering temporary closures, financial losses, or reduced indoor capacity. Applicants can also contact an ERTC specialist directly through the ERTC Guy website to receive help completing the paperwork or claiming the maximum allowable refund.
Business owners that have already received PPP loans, or already claimed ERTC rebates for 2020 can still apply and qualify. Although receiving PPP loans originally disqualified employers from receiving ERTC benefits, with the latest updates any employer that qualified for PPP loans will almost certainly also qualify for ERTC rebates.
An ERTC Guy spokesperson explained, “Our highly qualified team of accountants and specialists will contact you and help you discover exactly how much money you qualify to receive. This will be up to $26,000 per employee. This money will be given to you, and never needs to be repaid. It is not a loan, and you will receive your payment directly from the US government.”
